Ed Marx interviews Gozio CEO, Joshua Titus, on his show EdTalks. EdTalks are 18-minute slices of wisdom from digital transformation leaders. They chat about all things woodworking, flying, and passion for healthcare and leadership.
A few interesting tidbits and takeaways:
When asked if he's had a really great customer experience recently, he said he had to really think about it but was impressed with an experience with Delta where they went above and beyond and it's one of the many reasons he is a loyal Delta flyer. In response, Ed shared an amazing story about a recent hotel experience that is well worth a listen.
Joshua shared that he now really appreciates the lessons he learned working for his dad in his wood shop making fine furniture. Those lessons include the feeling a of a job well done.
The two also discussed Joshua's experience of growing over time in his roles at Nvidia and how he decided to take that toolbox and bring his skills to healthcare IT. "I decided to take my engineering toolbox and leave high tech for something else. Healthcare was chock full of juicy problems to solve, and these are problems that if solved actually help people who are having a crappy day, have a day that is maybe a little better."
Joshua goes on to say that what makes him really proud to see how many people are engaging with Gozio's customers on their mobile apps. He loves seeing millions of mobile interactions every month that represent people getting a handholding experience across their healthcare journey.
