The Gozio team travelled to Dallas this year to engage The Beryl Institute Patient Experience Conference 2016 attendees and spread the word of how mobile wayfinding improves the overall patient experience. We were blown away by the caliber of healthcare experts and the ground breaking, informative and thoughtful discussion on the future of patient experience.

Throughout the conference we were asked, “What does patient experience mean to you?” For Gozio, improving patient experience means doing all we can to decrease the anxiety of hospital patients and visitors by providing them with a solution that is catered to their needs and becomes a valuable link between the patient and the hospital. Mobile wayfinding becomes an integral piece of patient experience and connects patients to the hospital from the time they leave their front door, to when they arrive to their appointment, to when they return again. As healthcare systems increasingly focus on patient experience, we are excited to see what the future holds and looking forward to being a part of exceptional patient experience.

Of course we couldn’t leave the office without including Magellan, Gozio’s Director of Site Modeling. Magellan was hard at work on a project and couldn’t travel with us, so we brought his stand in. Here is one of our favorite photos taken at our booth.
