Things to Do and See at CHIME Fall Forum 2023

CHIME Fall Forum 2023 is about to start. As we get ready to fly down to Phoenix, we’ve been looking at the agenda and planning what we’ll do. Like we often do, we’re sharing the sessions and events we think are the most interesting if your focus is on patient engagement and experience, digital front door, or mobile.

  1. First, there’s breakfast, lunch and dinner most days. Don’t miss the chance to networking and meet new people while eating some good food. There are also plenty of networking breaks through the conference. These are all great times to check in with partners for a few minutes over coffee or a glass of wine.
  2. There are four keynotes. They all look interesting, but the two that standout to us are Day 1 Opening Keynote, How Compassion Can Transform Health and Care with Dr. Anthony Mazzarelli and Day 3 Closing Keynote, Exhausted Leaders Leading Exhausted Teams with Jennifer Moss.
  3. When it comes to sessions, there are five tracks, each with its own focus. Given our focus on consumer experiences and mobile engagement, the ones that stand out are Making Things Better with What You Have Today, Proven Innovations, and the Human Side of Health.
  4. Within those tracks, the sessions that really jump out to us are:
    - Scaling the Modernization Mountain: The Journey to Technology Improvement for Digital Health, 11/10 at 11:15 AM
    - Leading Multigenerational Workforce in Healthcare, 11/10 at 2:45 PM
    - The Power of Patient Engagement: Leveraging Technology to Improve Outcomes, 11/11 at 11:15 AM
    - Evolving into an Omnichannel Healthcare World, 11/11 at 2:45 PM
  5. If you happen to be onsite early enough on 11/9, we’d love to suggest joining the beehive build from 3-5 PM. What a great way to give back, do something completely unrelated to work and spend some time with other attendees.

In addition to these things, we are very excited about the Digital Health Most Wired events which will will present awards to high achieving systems. Eighteen of our customers achieved an 8, 9 or 10 and one is recognized as the highest rated in patient engagement, the segment we sponsor.
